We have a cozy basement available for rent in Leesburg, offering a bedroom, living room, separate entrance, microwave, mini kitchen with cook top, washer, and dryer. The rent is $1250 for one person and $1450 for two people. Attached are the conditions for tenancy:
- **No Smoking:** Smoking is not permitted within the premises.
- **No Pets:** Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets in the rental.
- **Proof of Stable Employment:** Prospective tenants must provide proof of a reasonable job with at least three months' worth of payments.
- **Background Check and Credit Verification:** A background check and credit verification will be conducted as part of the application process.
- **One Month's Security Deposit:** A security deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required upon signing the lease.
