Residential roofing, siding, window, door, and gutter company seeking a new team member.
Responsible for the day to day efficient operation of the company’s field staff and Strategic Partners. Supervise and oversee all field personnel ensuring that all personnel are fully equipped and have all material and equipment needed each day to complete their assigned projects. Ensure quality control, and OSHA safety requirements are maintained on each project site. Handle any/all shortages as per SOP and report/communicate daily with PM as to achieve set goals established in monthly and annual plan.
