Property overlooks a wooded area, and includes a deck on the middle floor and fenced in patio on the ground level. Within walking distance to Claude Moore park and about five minutes to Costco, Wal-Mart, and various restaurants. ~10 minutes to Dulles Airport and the toll road, ~17 minutes to Cornerstone Chapel.
