• Assist loved one with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
• Prepare love ones meals, snacks, and activities.
• Assist loved ones in dining rooms getting a table and ordering off the menu.
• Observe, document, and report if loved oneis showing any changes in loved ones conditions to
daughter
• Communicate with loved one and family members in a polite, professional manner.
• Transport loved one to activities, appointments, shopping, church when required.
• Assist with housekeeping in maintaining loved ones one bedroom bath and a half apartment
• Ensure areas of apartment are safe, comfortable, attractive and orderly.
• Assist with laundry when needed, wash and changes sheets once a week.
• Assist with answering telephone and communicating messages to love one and daughter.
• CNA certification is required however a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) / Direct Care Staff (DCS)
certificate may be accepted.
• Valid Drivers License
