The lady can share the living room and kitchen. Short term/ long term. Preferable 6 months at least. Great for traveling professionals. tenant must be neat and clean, and quiet - no drinking, no smoking, no drugs, no alcohol , no visitors. I live cross the street from Cornerstone Church.
$850 per month includes utilities. Rent can be negotiated.
