Our family has been attending Cornerstone for nearly 35 years.
We are looking for a very part-time nurse to provide support for our 43-year-old son who has muscular dystrophy and is on a ventilator. The schedule would be 1 to 3 mornings a week Thursday through Friday with a flexible starting time. Perfect for parents of school age childrens.
The pay is $33-$35 an hour for LPNs and $40-$45 an hour for RNs, depending on experience.
Our son is confined to a wheelchair and needs help suctioning, adjusting his arms and legs, drinking his supplements, and troubleshooting equipment for example. Ventilator experience very helpful, but not
required. Our son can communicate his wants and needs and direct his care.
