HSLDA’s Store needs temporary support during its peak volume to ensure continued accuracy and timely fulfillment of orders. This is a seasonal part‑time position, approximately 20 hours a week from February to June, making it ideal for students or individuals seeking flexible work in a small‑team environment. This position is located on site in our Purcellville, Virginia office.

What you will do
*Verify and process orders placed in the online store
*Assist Store Manager with creating personalized diplomas
*Verify items against customer orders to ensure accuracy
*Package products securely for shipping, following provided guidelines
*Label and prepare orders for carrier pickup
*Maintain a clean and organized packing area
*Report order discrepancies or damaged items to the online store manager

What you will bring
*Being a high school graduate or higher
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
*Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
*Basic organizational skills
*Ability to comfortably stand and perform light physical tasks for extended periods
*Being reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
*Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
*Being a committed Christian who supports HSLDA’s mission
