Short term/ long term. Preferable 6 months at least. Great for traveling professionals or college student. Tenant must be neat and clean, and quiet - no drinking, no smoking, no drugs, no alcohol, no visitors. I live across the street from Cornerstone Church.
$950 per month includes utilities. Background check will be run.
